Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item Specials Warehouse will then give you full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items may not be eligible for a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
Specials Warehouse will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend insuring your return package.
Depending on the brand purchased you can request a return from these sources:
- Through our website at www.specialswarehouse.com/returns
- By following the return link in the original Order notification email
- Using the return label provided in the box you received when you first purchased the product
- By writing us to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include all your order confirmation details
Instructions to where to send the returned Products will be provided and may be specific to each brand.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
In the event you feel the refund is late or missing:
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
